Context and transformation

Small beauty and wellness businesses lose work in the gap between a call arriving and someone being free to answer it. The design problem is not the voice — it is what the voice produces: a transcript nobody reads is worthless, while a clear request with a booking attached is immediately useful. The product is designed backwards from that action.

Current lens

Not part of the original engagement

The design frontier here is restraint. An agent that says clearly what it can and cannot do, escalates the moment a caller needs a person, and shows the business owner the exact turn in the conversation that produced each action. Confidence has to be visible, including when it is low.
